Stuttgart lies in the south of Germany and is the administrative capital of Baden-Wurttemberg. The city's economics is concentrated in manufacturing and publishing. Big companies such as Daimler-Benz and Porsche are also based here. Stuttgart has rich historic legacy. Although it was heavily bombed, Stuttgart's Old Palace was lovingly rebuilt and attracts loads of tourists today. The city is a perfect destination for culture and sightseeing. A number of events are organised annually, among which the Bach Academy's International Music Festival. Outside Stuttgart, a number of natural spas highlight the region.
